About Us
Shaun Lockhart is a professional organizer and caregiver who founded A Daily Task because he loves being inspired. And nothing inspires him more than helping people to be more successful than they ever thought possible – and without losing their sanity or sacrificing fulfilling relationships with friends and family
.
Ever since he was a kid, Shaun has enjoyed arranging items in ways that make more sense, bringing more order, and adding more productivity to the day.
During a summer internship in Nashville, Shaun lived with three other roommates and the place never stayed tidier. Cleaning and organizing became his way of relaxing after working long days in the newsroom at the Tennessean. He recalls keeping everyone in the house on track with personalized schedules and task lists.
Shaun was always attracted to projects and inside tasks that brought order. He was called in for several on-site registration events to maintain control and combat bottlenecking at the entrance. His clients began asking him to help keep them organized and Shaun believes this happened because being organized is contagious, with a little push in the right direction.
He really knows about the go-go-go syndrome, the endless to-do lists, and the nonstop stress. But he also knows that taking a deep breath and getting help are the first two steps toward greater efficient and enjoying a life you create – not one you manage to trudge through as you tackle task after task. This belief was the foundation and creation of a business that helps and hopefully inspires others daily.
Shaun holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Sales and Marketing from Purdue University and resides in the Highlands of Louisville, Kentucky.
