STOP The Bus! Mobile Money Camp Coming to Your Town

Louisville, KY — This summer, kids in six states and counting will be able to attend a summer camp that’s on the move! Speaking of counting, the Follow the Dollar tour bus will put the “fun” back in the fundamentals of financial literacy. At over 25 stops at schools and community centers across the country, students ages 9 - 15 will learn about budgeting, financial management, goal setting, decision making, critical thinking, investing and entrepreneurship. The kids learn through interactive and information reinforcing games and team challenges. And who is driving this bus? James Marshall, founder of Mini Moguls® Edutainment Company.
MiniMoguls, a money management initiative for young people, was launched because James Marshall saw the legacy of poor financial education daily in his work as a financial planner. “In an era of mounting credit card debt and in the middle of a volatile economy, learning about money management early is key,” asserts Marshall.
To capture interest, MiniMoguls® instructors use a comic book series written by James Marshall. Mini Moguls “Lessons in Money Management” with the able assist of characters like Big Bank Hank, Larry Liv’in Large and Mona Mo’ Money. But don’t let the bright colors and lively language fool you—the illustrated curriculum was developed in accordance with national academic standards.
James Marshall has two decades of investment experience, including working for Merrill Lynch, New York Life and American Express. In 2001, he established Marshall Capital Management Group, a Registered Investment Advisory Firm. He now has hundreds of clients and millions of dollars in assets under management.
